About Us
Lab-Or was founded by five members working in different industries including finance, legal, auditing and marketing. Our goal is to apply our accumulated experience from different industries to the sports industry to bring about constructive changes for professional and amateur athletes.
Matthew
Matthew has years of experience working at different top international law firms in both Hong Kong and the UK. He specialises in commercial contracts and capital markets (boring and no one cares Matt ~). So outside of Matthew’s dull legal career, he has grown his love with bouldering since 2018. Besides, he is a big fan of basketball and is obsessed with his gym routine. He also participated in Karate and represented Hong Kong during his junior days.
Ray
Ray has extensive experience in the start-up industry. In the past few years, he has been involved in e-commerce management, social media and digital marketing. Ray has participated in different sports competitions since he was a child, such as: basketball, rugby and table tennis, and has the courage to explore other sports. He recently brought that competitiveness to bouldering and continues to challenge the rest of the team!
Ricky
Apart from Ricky's committed corporate job in finance, he is just another sports fanatic like the rest of his team. Ricky values every chance that involves sports. It never matters if it's his beloved sports or a trial for something new, he would show up with the same kind of enthusiasm. He sees the continuous challenges one faces in sports as great learning curves and enjoys how sports bring people together. This is what Ricky believes in and also what the brand aims to bring to its audiences.

Eric
After graduating, Eric gained knowledge of the financial world by working in one of the Big Four accounting firms and an international bank. He is familiar with auditing, business lending and trade finance. In addition to his life in finance, Eric, like the rest of the team, is another basketball fan and has recently developed an interest in touch rugby. As another sports fan, Eric believes that sports is a universal language that can easily bring people together. He enjoys exploring different sports and connecting with people through sports.
Felix
Only the most handsome member of the team, who is also responsible for the website design, deserve to show his face.
Comments from other members of the team: self-centred and selfish guy full of jealousy. He even pixelated our pictures just to show off his coding skills (because we are better looking😉)!
