Footwear Exchange Policy

We are offering a one-time exchange to our customers in terms of size misfit on footwear purchase. The customer will need to notify us through an email with your order confirmation number and the preferred size for an exchange. We will confirm the exchange subject to our stock availability. However, the customer will be required to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us. The duration of the exchange process shall take approximately [21] calendar days in general, subject to local/overseas courier’s actual capacity.

To return one or more items from an order for any exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The exchange must be requested within 5 calendar days from the delivery date and the product shall be sent within 7 calendar days from date of request.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
  • The item must be returned with the original tags and packaging in their original condition.

If the item or the original packaging is damaged during the transit back to us, we do not take any accountability nor responsibility regarding this matter. However, we reserve an absolute right to reject the application for any exchange.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any return at this moment until further notice. Thank you.

* Please note that multiple orders cannot be returned for exchanges with a single return request and in the same box; orders will need to be shipped separately with several return requests.

** Exchange is subject to the availability of stock. Exchange may be rejected if the preferred size is not available in stock.

*** This exchange policy will be executed in both English and Chinese and in any case there is any inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English version, the English shall prevail.
